The main challenge was integration: SPK data lives in a running sales database that must not be disrupted. The solution is a read-only integration, letting the new system read production data without any risk of writing to it.

  • Real-time GPS tracking with background location, keep-awake, and auto-expiring tracking links.
  • Multi-channel notifications: WhatsApp, FCM push, and email on every status change.
  • Android app with PIN and biometric login, plus self-hosted OTA updates with no APK reinstall.
  • Job completion requires photo evidence.
  • Admin dashboard: work-order editing, map pin, technician reassignment, and status timeline.
